a personality assessment instrument such as the Keirsey Temperament Sorter or DESA.

Managing Conflict with Love

Includes a focus on forgiveness in relationships.

Identifying, Establishing, and Keeping Boundaries

Could include a video-based discussion on how to establish healthy boundaries in relationships.
