The CARING Clinic and Foster Care

CARING for Children was originally based on a community need to provide emergency shelter care to children who had been removed from their homes by the local Department of Social Services due to abuse and neglect. Over four decades later, CARING for Children has evolved into an organization with diverse programs and services that meet the needs of more than 1,800 children and families annually.
